Other times, listing websites can connect families with experienced individuals to help, but the family has to do the background checking, interviewing and purchasing of their own insurance coverage - adding administrative burden.
My Care Helpers seeks to fill that gap so the family and "Helper" can work together to support their needs. My Care Helpers is not a traditional home care agency and our streamlined approach encourages and enables families to connect directly with a group of select background checked, experienced, interviewed and insured "Helpers" to meet the needs of your family when, where and how you need it.

Our Care Helpers currently do not provide transportation but our Care Navigator can arrange for Transport through your health insurance benefit or with direct payment.
Our Certified Care Navigator is also available for the more technical needs from prescription refill help, follow up appointment and paperwork.

Sometimes it can be difficult to find someone to help your loved one with daily tasks or short check-in visits without agreeing to a weekly or daily minimum. You can have Companionship Care and Personal Care support provided by vetted and background checked individuals.

Through telephonic and video interviews, we vet Care Helpers for personality fit so you can have a great group of individuals to engage for your specific need.
We require a minimum of 2 years of experience for Care Helpers to be on the My Care Helpers platform.
My Care Helpers is commercially insured through insurance companies used by home care companies.
